UMD Resource Responsibility Center (RRC)
is considered an academic organization of the University of Minnesota and is accountable to UMN administration for the financial activities and funding of all of our campus units.
The UMD RRC unit works with the University of Minnesota Office of Budget and Finance (OBF) on campus financial issues including central allocations, indirect cost recoveries (ICR), tuition, budgets, planning and analysis, financial oversight and approvals, training & development, policy compliance, and communications.
